Submission of your Thesis
Once you have completed all requirements within the structured doctoral program for the Dr. rer. biol. hum., you can submit your thesis.
Upon completion of your application using the online platform, please submit all original required documents to the Doctoral Office, either via mail (Promotionsbüro, Dekanat der Medizinischen Fakultät, Bavariaring 19, 80336 Munich) or drop of at the dean's office mailbox at the gate, same address as above. 
The mailbox is located to the right of the gate at the entrance of the garden (see photo). Please divide your documents into several envelopes if one envelope is too bulky for a regular mailbox opening.
Submission procedure
Please enter the final title of your thesis in your account in "Antrag auf Zulassung zur Promotion zum Doktor der Humanbiologie" and save. After that, all relevant forms can be retrieved prefilled from your campus portal account. It is sufficient to use the German or English version of the forms.

Please submit the following documents with your application for admission to the Doctoral Exam:
- Thesis (2-fold), bound
- Thesis (1-fold) in PDF-format, max. 10Mb (reducing the file size). Please upload into your Campus Portal account.
- Affidavit (must be bound in the thesis). Please download the form from your Campus Portal account.
- Confirmation of congruency between bound and electronic versions of the thesis. Please download the form from your Campus Portal account.
- Curriculum Vitae (must be bound in the thesis, incl. a publication list with all your publications so far)
- Confirmation of co-authors (for cumulative dissertations only). Please download the form from your Campus Portal account.
- Confirmation of 2-year scientific employment. Please download the form from your Campus Portal account.
- Certificate of good conduct (no older than 3 month) (aka "privates Führungszeugnis")
- complete log book
- Doctoral supervision agreement (only if the original has not yet been submitted)
- Form „Münchener Universitätsgesellschaft“. Please download the form from your Campus Portal account.
- If applicable, confirmation on external studies.Please download the form from your Campus Portal account.
- If applicable, confirmation of the external istitute's director
- If applicable, ethical-legal clearance
- Statement on the result of the iThenticate analysis signed by your supervisor
- In the Campus Portal, a declaration of previously passed or failed doctoral examinations must also be submitted when submitting the thesis.
- Application for Admission to the doctoral examination. Please download the form from your Campus Portal account.
